Galaxy Ring 2 Is Coming

Leaks suggest that the Samsung Galaxy Ring 2 could launch alongside the Galaxy S25 series. If true, it would be a surprising move, considering the first-generation Galaxy Ring hasn’t even completed a year since its debut.

Should Samsung release the Galaxy Ring 2, it is expected to come with enhanced specifications and features.

Although detailed specs and features remain under wraps, some early information about the Galaxy Ring 2 has surfaced.

What to Expect from Galaxy Ring 2?

One notable improvement with the Galaxy Ring 2 is its expanded size range. Unlike the Galaxy Ring 1, which offers nine sizes (5-13), the second-generation model will include two additional sizes, meaning 11 sizes, ranging from 5-15.

This update addresses user feedback, as many reported that the original Galaxy Ring felt too small for their preferred finger, forcing them to wear it on less desirable fingers.

Beyond sizing, the Galaxy Ring 2 is expected to feature more accurate health data sensors and enhanced AI capabilities. Additionally, Samsung is rumored to improve battery life, potentially exceeding the current 7-day benchmark.

The Galaxy Ring 1 was marketed with a 7-day battery life, extendable by 30% when paired with a Galaxy Watch due to reduced redundant features. In the real-world, users typically experienced around 6 days of battery life, which was still commendable.

With these upgrades, the Galaxy Ring 2 is anticipated to deliver even better battery performance.

Samsung Galaxy Ring 2 Pricing

The first-generation Galaxy Ring was launched at a price of $399 in the US and Rs. 39,999 in India. With the current discount of Rs. 1,000, it is now available for Rs. 38,999.

With the Galaxy Ring 2 expected to feature many upgrades, the pricing could see an increase, possibly by Rs. 2,000–5,000, bringing the estimated price to Rs. 42,000–45,000.

However, as a second-generation product, it might not require as much R&D investment as the first generation, potentially allowing Samsung to keep the pricing similar to the original Galaxy Ring or increase it only marginally.
