OnePlus Ace 5 vs OnePlus 13R Differences

One confirmed difference is the battery capacity. The OnePlus Ace 5 features a 6415 mAh Silicon-Carbon battery, while the OnePlus 13R will have a slightly smaller 6000 mAh Silicon-Carbon battery.

This trend isn’t new, as we’ve often seen smartphones in China come with larger battery capacities compared to their Indian counterparts.

While the 6000 mAh battery will still offer excellent battery life, having a larger battery is always preferable. The smaller battery in the OnePlus 13R may be compensated by faster charging, with expectations pointing to a 100W charger for the device.

There are speculations that the OnePlus 13R might feature a 50MP 2X Telephoto camera instead of the 2MP Macro camera found on the Ace 5. If that happens, it would be a great addition since 2MP cameras are often considered useless.

Aside from the battery and camera difference, the OxygenOS on the OnePlus 13R will have some minor feature variations. These differences are unlikely to be noticeable, but they are worth mentioning.

Other than these changes, there are unlikely to be any changes between these smartphones.

OnePlus Ace 5 vs OnePlus 13R Pricing

The OnePlus Ace 5 was launched in China at a price of 2,299 Yuan, which roughly converts to $315 or Rs 27,000 in India. However, it’s obvious that the pricing will be higher in India and other countries.

Considering the OnePlus 12R was launched in India at a starting price of Rs 39,999, it’s anticipated that the OnePlus 13R will be priced similarly, possibly the same or slightly higher.
